About Career Coaching by Michele Hermes

Thank you so much for visiting my website and expressing interest in career coaching. I am newer to the craft than others and want very much to use my experience in the job market to make your career journey a success! I come from a 25-year career in Information Technology and I held positions all the way to the Director level. I have spent the last two years studying and practicing career coaching.

I take a collaborative and solution-focused approach to coaching. By working together, we can identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you achieve your goals. My program is of my own design based on my personal and professional experiences allowing me to provide you with the very best that career coaching has to offer.

I specialize in helping my clients with reaching new heights in their careers based on their personal and professional needs and wants. My program is again something of my own design and it will walk us through several discussions with outcomes including results in defining your strengths, creating a vision, targeting your job position and professional branding that will take you to the next level.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation to help you determine if my career coaching program is right for you. During this session, we can discuss your goals and how I can support you in achieving them. We will also go into detail about the inputs and outputs during your journey through my program and what you can expect to achieve.
